By downloading, installing, or using the AIDC Toolkit application (“the Software”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Licence / Licence
AIDC Toolkit is provided as a free utility. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes.
La boîte à outils AIDC est fourni à titre de service gratuit. Une licence non exclusive, non transférable et révocable vous est accordée pour utiliser le Logiciel à des fins personnelles ou professionnelles.
No Warranty / Absence de garantie
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
The developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.
Le Logiciel est fourni «tel quel» et « selon disponibilité », sans aucune garantie, quelle qu’elle soit.
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, le développeur décline toute garantie, expresse, implicite ou légale, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les garanties implicites de qualité marchande, d’adéquation à un usage particulier, d’exactitude, de fiabilité ou d’absence de contrefaçon.
Le développeur ne garantit pas que le Logiciel sera exempt d’erreurs, ininterrompu ou adapté à vos besoins spécifiques.
Limitation of Liability / Limitation de responsabilité
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, le développeur ne pourra être tenu responsable d’aucun dommage découlant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilité d’utiliser le Logiciel, y compris, sans s’y limiter :
- Perte de données
- Interruption d’activité
- Perte de profits
- Dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs
Et ce, même si le développeur a été informé de la possibilité de tels dommages.
User Responsibility / Responsabilité de l’utilisateur
You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and for any results obtained from it. You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Vous êtes seul responsable de l’utilisation du Logiciel et des résultats obtenus. Vous vous engagez à utiliser le Logiciel conformément aux lois et règlements applicables.
Changes and Availability / Modifications et disponibilité
The developer may modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
Le développeur peut modifier, mettre à jour ou interrompre le Logiciel à tout moment, sans préavis.
Governing Law / Droit applicable
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Les présentes conditions d’utilisation sont régies et interprétées conformément aux lois de Ontario, Canada, sans égard aux règles relatives aux conflits de lois.
